Comfort Air Heating and Cooling is a locally, family owned company based in Springfield, Illinois. 

For the next 21 years, Cliff worked for a few well-known companies but was disheartened about how management was more concerned with making a big sale than providing great customer service.  With the support of his wife and business partner Lisa, they founded Comfort Air built on the idea of treating every customer like family and making sure each job is done correctly and efficiently the first time.

         When you call Comfort Air, Office Manager Lisa is the friendly voice on the other end of the line.  She keeps the company running smoothly and communicates with the technicians about various customer needs.  Son Dru joined the business as a technician in 2006 and enjoys being part of his family’s company.   Son Seth Krueger joined the family business after completing his Business Communications Degree from the University of Illinois - Springfield in May 2017.  He is responsible for the day-to-day operations, marketing, as well as working in the field. Our technicians have obtained the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification.
